During the meeting in Portugal the focus was to plan the short film activity. The Irish ICT teacher gave instructions to the team on how to use animation apps to make animated films. Tasks and criteria for the short films had been set and lesson plans and teaching materials for the activity made.

The Portuguese host school made use of the occasion to greet the guests with songs and some souvenirs and to let staff and children meet them. Also, lesson observations are planned to get an insight in the Portuguese school system and get in touch with the children in the project.

The results of the meeting have been instantly used in classes in all schools in order to carry out the project activities.

In the work sessions the teachers  developed their relations as a team and clarified the next project steps. They received professional training being introduced to new digital tools ( stop motion app) and practiced their newly gained skills.

The Portuguese school, staff  and children, met their European partners in person and could ask questions and exchange information with them.
